Listing Properties

How do I list my property on Pado?
Create a free account, go to your Dashboard, and click List your property. Fill out the listing form with property details, upload photos, set your price, and publish. Your listing goes live immediately. There is no limit to how many properties you can list. Read our How to List Your Property guide for detailed tips.
How many listings can I create?
There is no limit. Professional agents managing dozens or hundreds of properties can list their entire portfolio for free. Our wallet system makes it easy to purchase paid services across multiple listings.
How do I edit or update my listing?
Go to Dashboard then My Listings then Edit. You can update photos, description, price, and other details at any time. Changes appear immediately on your listing page. Manage paid services from the same page.
My listing is not getting enough inquiries. What can I do?
Several strategies: (1) Improve your photos - professional-quality photos receive 3-5 times more inquiries. (2) Write a more detailed description. (3) Check your pricing against similar properties. (4) Purchase paid services like Up in Search or Add to Slider. (5) Use Social Media Promotion to share professionally. Start with one service and track results.

Paid Services and Payments

How do I purchase paid services for my listing?
Go to your listing edit page, scroll to the Paid Services section, and click on any available service. Pay via Moniepoint or use your Pado Wallet balance. Use the Buy Multiple Services cart to select several services and pay once. Services activate immediately after payment.
How does the Pado Wallet work?
Top up your wallet via Moniepoint, then use your balance to buy services instantly without going through the payment gateway each time. Go to Dashboard then My Balance to view your balance and add funds. Wallet funds never expire.
What happens when a paid service expires?
The service deactivates automatically. Your listing remains active and visible - it simply returns to its standard free state. You can repurchase at any time. We never auto-charge or auto-renew services.
Can I get a refund for a paid service?
Services are non-refundable once activated because they begin immediately. If a technical error prevents the service from working properly, contact our support team and we will fix the issue or provide a wallet credit.
