Full-Stack Developer
Full-Time Remote (Nigeria)We are looking for a full-stack developer experienced in PHP (Yii framework), MySQL, JavaScript, and modern frontend technologies. You will build and maintain features across our platform - from payment integrations to listing management tools to verification systems. Experience with Nigerian payment gateways (Monnify, Paystack) is a plus.
Requirements: 3+ years of PHP development experience, strong MySQL skills, comfortable with JavaScript and AJAX, experience with version control (Git), self-motivated and able to work independently.

Full-Time Lagos / RemoteAs a Verification Officer, you will be responsible for reviewing agent applications, verifying identity documents, conducting reference checks, performing physical office inspections, and ensuring our verification standards are consistently applied. Requirements: Background in law, compliance, investigation, or auditing. Attention to detail is critical. Experience with Nigerian identity verification systems (BVN, NIN, CAC) is a strong plus. Must be comfortable conducting field visits and phone interviews.

Requirements: 2+ years of digital marketing experience. Proven track record of growing user bases or driving traffic. Strong writing skills (our content is our competitive advantage). Experience with SEO tools, analytics, and social media management. Knowledge of the Nigerian property market is a plus.

You will identify partnership opportunities, negotiate agreements, and manage ongoing relationships.
Requirements: 3+ years of business development or partnerships experience. Strong network in Nigerian real estate or related industries. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Self-starter who can identify and pursue opportunities independently.

Our Hiring Process
1 Application Review
We review your CV and cover letter. We look for relevant experience, demonstrated skills, and alignment with our mission. A well-written, personalized cover letter significantly increases your chances of progressing.
2 Initial Interview (30-45 minutes, video call)
A conversation about your experience, your interest in PropertyFind, and your understanding of the Nigerian property market. We want to understand what you bring and what you want to learn.
3 Skills Assessment (varies by role)
For technical roles: a practical coding exercise. For marketing: a strategy proposal. For verification: a sample document review. For support: a simulated customer interaction. We test the skills you will actually use.
4 Final Interview (45-60 minutes, video call)
A deeper conversation with senior team members about your approach to work, your problem-solving style, and how you handle challenges. This is also your opportunity to ask us detailed questions.
5 Offer & Onboarding
If there is a mutual fit, we extend an offer. Our onboarding process ensures you have everything you need - equipment, access, introductions, and a clear understanding of your first projects.
