Our paid services are optional enhancements that boost your listing''s visibility and credibility - they are never required to list a property.

Are there any subscription fees or recurring charges?

No. PropertyFind Nigeria has no subscription fees, no monthly charges, and no recurring billing. Every paid service is a one-time purchase for a fixed duration. When the duration ends, the service simply expires - you are never auto-charged. You can choose to repurchase or not.

Can I buy multiple services for the same listing?

Yes! You can purchase as many services as you want for a single listing. In fact, our most successful agents typically combine 2-4 services per listing. What happens when a service expires?

When a paid service reaches its expiration date, it automatically deactivates. For listing services: the badge is removed, the boost ends, the slider feature stops, etc. Your listing remains active and visible - it simply returns to its standard (free) state. You will see the expiration date in your listing management panel and can repurchase at any time.

How do I know which services are right for my listing?

Paid services are non-refundable once activated because the service begins immediately (your listing is boosted, badged, or featured right away). However, if a technical error prevents the service from working as described, contact our support team and we will resolve it - either by fixing the issue or providing a credit to your wallet.

How do I purchase services for multiple listings at once?

Currently, services are purchased per listing. To apply services to multiple listings: (1) Load your PropertyFind Wallet with sufficient funds, (2) Go to each listing's edit page, (3) Select and purchase the desired services using your wallet balance. The wallet payment is instant, so you can process multiple listings quickly. We are working on a bulk-purchase feature for agents managing 10+ listings.

Are there discounts for high-volume agents?

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. We do not store your card details or banking information on our servers.
